Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Your use of the Let's Play website is subject to these terms. Using the website or creating an account means that you agree to them.
Purpose of the website
The website offers activity ideas, games and planning tools for parents and professionals. Its content is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or personalized clinical recommendation, and does not replace assessment by a qualified professional.
Suitability and safety
The accompanying adult is responsible for choosing activities suitable for the child's age, abilities, health and needs. Activities must be supervised by an adult. Check materials, foods, allergies, choking and injury risks, and stop any activity that is unsafe or uncomfortable for the child.
Professional use
Therapists and other professionals remain responsible for independent professional judgement, obtaining required consent, and complying with law, ethics and their training. Boards and plans created on the website are support tools only.
Accounts and user content
Provide accurate details, keep your password confidential and submit only content you are authorised to use. Do not enter unnecessary identifying or medical information, and do not upload a child's photo without a parent or guardian's permission.
Images uploaded by users
A therapist who uploads images to the website or photographs them onto a session board is responsible for their content. Only photos of games, equipment and materials may be uploaded. Do not upload photos of children, clients or other people, or images with identifying details. Before the first upload, the therapist confirms this. An image that breaks this rule may be deleted.
Intellectual property
The website, illustrations, design and content are protected by intellectual-property rights. Outputs may be used for personal, family or direct therapeutic use. The library or substantial parts of it may not be copied, sold, republished or distributed without prior permission.
Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the content accurate and the website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or suitability for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Changes and governing law
The website and these terms may be updated from time to time. The laws of the State of Israel apply. Questions may be sent to sigalsplay@gmail.com.
